why ?... I am using windows 8 enterprise n 64-bit on my computer over a year.. windows 8 64-bit is best os i ever used. It is fast, efficient, stable, extra features, etc... i am using window 8 for developing app for windows(xp,vista,7 and 8) and android devices,It support almost all.
